From April 8–10, 2026, RFinCharge exhibited at FaW TOKYO SPRING in Tokyo, presenting RFID solutions designed for the apparel industry. The exhibition brought together fashion brands, textile manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, and industry professionals to explore the latest innovations in fashion technology.

Weave Tag was the highlight of the exhibition, demonstrating how RFID can become a permanent part of a garment rather than remaining a temporary label. By integrating RFID directly into textile labels, Weave Tag enables products to retain their identity beyond manufacturing and retail, supporting applications such as product identification, brand authentication, after-sales services, and future Digital Product Passport (DPP) initiatives.

Beyond Weave Tag, RFinCharge also demonstrated how RFID infrastructure can improve operational efficiency throughout the apparel supply chain.

The EUCB29 RFID UHF e-paper label showcased applications in manufacturing and logistics, supporting inventory control, outbound shipments, and logistics management. Its reusable display allows information to be updated without replacing paper labels, helping businesses reduce consumable waste while improving operational efficiency.

For retail environments, Wave Antenna demonstrated an RFID self-checkout solution capable of identifying multiple tagged items simultaneously. The demonstration highlighted how RFID can simplify checkout operations, reduce manual scanning, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Together, these demonstrations illustrated how RFID technology can connect manufacturing, logistics, retail, and product identity into a more efficient and data-connected workflow for the apparel industry.

Throughout the exhibition, RFinCharge met with apparel brands, textile manufacturers, and technology partners from Japan and overseas to discuss the growing adoption of RFID in fashion. The conversations and feedback gathered during the event will continue to support the development of practical RFID solutions for the industry.

RFinCharge will continue developing RF-based technologies that help businesses improve operational efficiency while building more sustainable and connected product management solutions.
